Customers using this site or purchasing merchandise from it are requested to read thoroughly the terms and conditions below and to indicate their consent to them. Merchandise may not be purchased without such consent.
Orders
As most of the items available to purchase from Mie Miyakawa Jewellery are made to order, please allow anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of your order. Mie Miyakawa Jewellery will email you with an estimated time for delivery. If the item you order from Mie Miyakawa Jewellery is currently in stock it will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed(except Sat,Sun,National holiday in Japan).
Payment
Payment can be made through this website using Stripe and PayPal. This allows you to use either your credit card or debit card through the system. You do not need a Stripe or PayPal account to buy something through this website.

Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return your item please email Mie Miyakawa Jewellery within 5 days of receiving your item. Our return policy does not apply after this 5 days period has expired.
A full refund will be made providing the item is returned unused, and in its original condition, in the original packaging along with the receipt of purchase and dispatch documents.
Only once the item has been received by Mie Miyakawa Jewellery and checked, and fulfill the above conditions, full refund given.
The same process will apply to ‘exchanges’. That is, essentially we do not exchange items, but under the conditions stated above, an item can be returned and refund, and then a new purchase order made for a new preferred item of jewellery though the website store.
Please note when return items you are responsible for the cost of return delivery, and for insurances made for the safe return of the item. If the item fails to arrive back with Mie Miyakawa Jewellery we will not be able to process your return.
Due to reasons of hygiene we will not accept return for earrings. Also commissions and personalized items can not be returned.
If the items are at fault or delivered to you in error, the delivery charge for return and exchange will be covered by Mie Miyakawa Jewellery.
Fault means damaged in transport or faulty craftsmanship.
Because Mie Miyakawa selects unique cuts of woven kimono fabric in her Jewellery designs no piece of fabric will be exactly the same as the next. Often cuts of fabrics are selected specially for their irregularities and inconsistencies in the weave in order to enhance the design. these irregularities and inconsistencies are not considered to be flaws or faults.
Cancellation policy
Due to the items being made to order, please email Mie Miyakawa Jewellery within 24hours if you wish to cancel your item.
